Long story short. Wife and I built a log home. Our contractor screwed it up and we sued him and won. he now owes us around 110k !
He hasn't paid a dime. He finally got sick of us hounding him ( and actually throwing him in jail once) so he declared banckruptcy. We are fighting that right now and it doesn't look like he will be allowed to discharge our judgement. He blatantly lied about his income on his banckruptcy schedules.


How can I get this guy to pay me !!! He put his assests in his kids name, including his fully paid for log home when his kid was only 13 yrs. old... when he started building homes ( just in case he got sued i'm sure)

He does still live in HIS log home that is fully paid for but is in his kids name. It's no secret that it is HIS home but on paper his kid owns it. How do I prove retention and control and that this home really is his?
