    Default Can I Get My Driving Record Cleared

    I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it but this is in California. A few years ago my license was suspended for having a .01 BAC and being under 21. The first test I blew a .01 and the second test I blew a .09 BAC so the cop cited me for DUI but charges were never filed.

    Is it possible to have my record cleared to lower my insurance? And if so would I need to hire a lawyer to do it?

    DMV records are not expungeable.
