Default Insurance Company is Disputing Fault

OK... it's been four months and this has not been resolved - the insurance company for the car that hit me directly won't pay... they are claiming the final car is at fault - the final car that hit the car that hit me only wants to pay 50% of the damages, and the garage with the car now told me to pay in a week for storage fees or he's putting a lien on the car - no I don't recall a garage having the ability to legally do that if it is just a matter of settlement going on... what should I do - what are my rights? does the insurance company have wait for the subrogation report before they can settle.

    Thanks

Sue the drivers and let a court sort it out.

If you don't like having a mechanic's lien on your vehicle, pay for the repair yourself or see if you can work out a payment plan while you try to recover the money from the at-fault driver(s).
