    Help, I am being sued for a credit card for $1,500
    I answered the reply and asked for payment arrangemnts
    which I have tried serveral times. Today I recieved a
    Motion for Judgement on The Pleadings, granting the Plantiff
    the right to the judgement agaist me, what next what should I
    do, will I have to go to court, better yet jail, I am a mom of three
    and unemployed, my husband is the only one working and I homeschool my three children, this debt was obtained 8 or so
    years ago, when I losted my jod,thanks please respond

    You presumably have a judgment against you. If there is a basis to have the judgment set aside, you should attempt to do so. You can try to get court permission to make payments on the judgment.

    Thanks, but I am confused, how do I set the judgment aside, also will I have to go to court,thanks agian

    also should i get a lawyer, and if i don't work how can thy collect, will i go to jail :?:
