the hr lady is making me use sick time (40 hours, my total for the year) and then vacation time for the rest of the time I was out. she said that once I get the settlement from the ins company I can pay them back and recoup that time but who knows when that will be.
Does this all seem right? why shouldnâ€™t the company just front me my pay and then recoup the money from workers comp? I was on the job when I got hit in my car and broke my wrist.
