Unhappy How Soon Can I Take My Parents to Court, to Regain Full Custody

    FL
We are all living in Florida, as of now, but the joint managing conservative suit came to be in Dallas, Tx.
TX finalized the suit last month. It names me and my parents sharing custody of my three children. Although they have the righht to determine residency. I'am empolyed, with a great condo, and currently a student. My life is completely different then say a year ago, and I see my five year old son pulling from me and closer to my mother. I realize that we live only 2 minutes from eachother, but the fact is, my mother is being portrayed as the mother because she is the one who puts them to bed ect.... I'am more than willing and competent, and want to regain full custody. The issue is this... is the suit even vaild in Florida, since it was put in place in TX? Are the children even residents of FL yet? Do i have to wait until the children are residents to take the issue to court? what sort of motion do i file? Please help me I want to be able to save the mother son relationship between my son and I, since his age is so fragile at this point.

We don't know the circumstances that led to this situation, and they could affect how a court responds to your petition. Does the order not spell out how and when you can regain full custody?
