Default Changing from Worker's Compensation Doctor
hi need help on workcomp deal have been seeing workcomp doctor i have an attorney and have seen my own dr. but i was wanting to know if i can quit seeing the workcomp dr.or do i have to keep going to him.if i quit going to workcomp doctor do they cut off may checks? can i just go to my dr? ive got a hardship hearing to see if i can go to my dr for care but was wondering if i got to go to it or can i just go to my dr instead??by the way i live in missouri.

Default Workers Compensation Doctor
It is not advisable to make any change of doctor without getting approval from your attorney.

i was just wondering if the law in missiouri is diffrent from illionois because other people told me you see workcomp. doctor one time and then you can go to your own doctor

Workers' compensation laws are different in each state.
