Does a person have a prayer in the world...to beat this VC?

What defense can a person have re: this? It states: Radar/Lidar Unit/Patrol Vehicle No: Air-10 in the state of CA on Interstate 5 near Redding/Shasta County States I was going 84 in a 65 mph zone...
however, I saw the speed trap before me...and therefore, I was on cruise control at a speed of 68.....do I have any defense I can use?

I am 65 yrs old...and do not need this right now....I have enough to worry about, let alone this...and I am not guilty and therefore, want to fight this.

Can anyone help me in my defense? Thank you anyone!
