    Default DUI with Ticket Discrepancies

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Minnesota
I recently was issued a DUI, on further evaluation of my ticket I noticed two discrepancies. The first was the sex on the ticket, the officer listed me as Female when I am a Male, the second error was the time of day, he was off by 12 hours. What are my chances of the charges being dismissed due to these errors? Also when I appeared at court there was no police report filed for my case.

Default Re: DUI with Ticket Discrepancies

In my opinion the chances are minimal, although I would like to hear the officer's explanation of the gender confusion.
