Default Missouri Law Limatations and Fraud
Hello everyone,

I have a quick question that I would like to see if anyone knows.

I need to know what are the statutes of limitations in Missouri for a credit card and if a company sells the debt to another company does that statute of limitations start over again?

Thanks
