DV-2010 Lottery Winner - Required Documents

Hello,

I am a winner of DV 2010 Green Card Lottery and I have dual citizenship, Canadian and Albanian. My family and I, have been living for the last 10 years in Canada and 33 years in Albania.

To get a Visa ,records from Police, Courts, Passports etc are required.
I really need your help with my two following questions:

1. Do I need to get the Police, Court records from Canada or my home country?

2.What passports we need to provide for, the Canadian or Albanian or both?.
The application for lottery registration was done under my Albanian nationality.

I have contacted Centucky Visa Consulate where I got the winning letter from and they advised contact the US local embassy.???which is very difiicult to contact.

PLEASE HELP with your advise.

Dual nationality can be tricky, and if you don't provide records from both countries, you can delay processing.
