Incentive pay wrong, employees refuses to compensate all

Eight months ago, my line and I noticed our pay was off somehow and requested a break down sheet of our rates (we are incentive employees or 'piece rate') We asked three supervisors and the head of the dpt. that controls rates. We got nothing and as 'floor' workers, we don't have access to these without cooporate passwords. Recently we finally got a partial rate sheet and noticed that one of our rates was off by two hours. When it all gets added up, it's alot of money that we didn't get. Here's the problem I have. When it was brought to our supervisor's attention, he went to whoever and said that we would get back pay, but only for the last month. We want back pay for the whole time, which started the last week in June '05. We don't know where to go or who to talk to. Our HR dept. answers to the plant manager, not the employees. Any help and info would be greatly aprreciated. Employer is La-z-boy midwest in ARK
