Default Credit Card Agency Changes Due Dates
Can a credit card agency change a payment due date without your permission? My interest rate recently increased after I was late one day, I requested my due date for the 21st, but the cc company changed it to the 15th somewhere along the way and I never realized it.

The due date should appear on your bills.

Credit card companies frequently change aspects of their accounts, and sent you notices describing the changes. Unfortunately for them, many people throw away the notices without reading them.

All those credit card companies have fine print, that we all are suppossed to read, and agree too.
Let me sum it up for you.....
It is your responsibility to know when , and how much your payment is due, even if you don't recieve a bill in the mail.
They put that in there, because people were using the excuse "It never came in the mail, it's the mailmans fault"
