Default Won Small Claims Case, but Defendant is Bankrupt

I posted in the past here regarding a small claim case I had against a tile company, after that I won the case in court and have a judgment but the business owner declared himself in bankruptcy, after that I was served with some papers from court because he has a second property in default and I was told I could recover my judgment from that house, is that correct? I really need to know what to do and how to do that, if someone can please help me, the association of the house was also served and they filed a motion to dissmmiss the case ,do I also have to file that motion? me and the association are as defendants just as the owner is. also he is operating under a new name with three other stores in this case I can still recover my judgment, and how?, please if someone can help I will appreciate it, thank you, god bless.

Were you named in the bk?
If you wanted babies all to yourself, you should have created them by yourself. Until you do that, children have the right to BOTH parents, especially since you found them suitable to procreate with.
