Default Im a minor and want to go out of state with out my parents
Hi, im 17 years old and i want to go with my friends on vacation in a different state. Im from New York and want to go to South Carolina im going with 3 friends 2 are 18 and one is 19. Is there any way i can go with them if my parents dont go, and they say its okay i go even though im 17. please please let me know as soon as possible thank you

The problem is what? Your parents don't want to give you permission to go?

my mom wont let me go unless it is "legal" like am i allowed to go with 18 year olds or do they have to be older "to watch over me"?

18 is an adult. Whether or not they are mature? That's another matter. (Presumably they're not too mature, or you might find them too boring to travel with. :wink: )
