This is very messy! My home was illegally foreclosed upon without notice. It was sold at foreclosure sale without my knowledge and without a breech of my mortgage. I have filed suit against my lender but lost my fight today to stop the buyers unlawful detainer action. The courts said I'm limited to monetary damages in my civil suit. I do not want to vacate my home. The tax assessor's aerial photograph and the last surveyors' stakes confirm that the house is 10% on the lot and 90% on the adjacent lot owned by my daughter and myself. Can they evict me? How should I approach this problem when the Sheriff comes? I thought about approaching the city about changing the address..LOL will that help?I only have 2 weeks until they get their writ to evict !
