My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Florida
My car was taken into the dealer for repairs a few days ago, I received a call from them yesterday that there was an "accident."
Apparently when my car was being taken out of the garage, the driver must have have been trying to get out behind another car and the gate smashed into my car, breaking the windshield and some on the roof.
Of course, they are very apologetic about it and will pay for the repairs and loaner as I use my car for my business.
What are the chances of having them also not charging the other repairs??...slim chance?![]()
