Unhappy Request for Production Form - Michigan
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Michigan - My question is: I will be answering a summons soon and want to also enter a discovery - "Request for Production of Documents".

I can't find a form for this request or any samples of how to write it.

Can someone tell me where to find "Request for Production" forms for Michigan Courts.

Thanks,

You can read the Michigan Court Rules here; discovery rules are in Chapter 2.

You can find documents showing the basic format using Google if you search hard enough. Here's an example search.
