Changing Status from B1 to K1

Hi ,

My question is what If my fiance comes to the Usa on a B1 Tourist visa and we get married when he comes here , is that possible to change the statuses of visas and if that seems possible do you know how long it processes to change statuses from B1 to K1, how that things work could you please help me about?

You can enter the United States on a fiancé visa. You cannot enter on a different visa then "adjust your status" to a fiancé visa.

Can't change the status to K1. What you might be able to do is get married, then when your fiance returns to his home country, file an I-130 to try to get a spouse visa.

Or, you could hold off on marriage, then when your fiance is back in his home country, file for a K1 visa so that he can come to the US to marry you.
