Help!!! Ok long story short my daughter and her husband purchased a vehicle and it was repoed.. They are separated now and so when the bank contacted them and told then that if they would pay a certain amount at that time it would be like 2400.00 cheeper... Being a good Mom I told them I would use my credit card which I could use for 3.99% interest and would pay this loan off BUT they would have to pay so much money a month on it till paid.. Now understand this I paid off their repo and so now there is nothing on their credit report as far as a loan on this well my daughter has paid hers faithfully and as for the SON-IN-LAW well he isn't and hasn't paid a payment in 2 mon. now.. Can I take him to small claims even though it was a verbal agreement between us?? I have the paper showing I paid the loan with CC and also he made me give him receipts for the payment he made so it's not like he can't say he didn't know what was going on plus my daughter and my parents know everything.. I say WHAT A DUMMY he is for stepping on toes!!! Do I have a chance with taking him to small claims if I have to?? Thanks Me Some people don't know a good thing when they see it!!
