Reasonable Visitation Schedule for Baby

We are going to court to grant the father "parenting time". (baby is 10 months old currently) What would be a reasonable schedule for him considering: the father has only taken him/seen him 4 times in the last 6 months. Has never been alone with him. Neither baby nor I have ever seen his house. Has not seen him for 3 months and won't for 5 by the time this is all over. Has not even made an attempt for 2 months. The baby has never been away from me for more than 7 or 8 hours and has never spent the night away from home or me. In his court papers he states that I have withheld the child for over 9 weeks, which is simply untrue. I asked that he or his family come over a few times so they can get to know the child before they take him again since it had been so long in between visits. Ignores all phone calls and texts.I tried to talk to him several times about establishing a consistent, predictable schedule for the baby's well being but he refused and is now taking it to the court to decide. There's no magic formula. You need to figure out something that works for both parents and is appropriate for the child. If you can't agree, the court will decide for you.
