Mother Refusing Visitation

In our court papers it states that I am to have my kids on memorial day. My ex-wife is refusing to let me pick them up stating that she will let the kids decide if they want to come visit me or not.
Can I call the local police with my certified papers stating that I am to have custody of my children that day if she continues to refuse?

Yes, you can ask them to help.

They may or may not help you enforce the order - some departments will tell you it's a civil matter and won't help.
