    Default Tree on Property Line

My question involves personal property located in the State of: Texas

There is a tree on the property line between my property and my neighbor. They want to put a fence up. I dont want the tree to come down. Do they have the right to cut it down?

What is the zoning laws for fences in your area. You should go to your local clerk office. Obtain a copy of the zoning regulations. It will clearly state what the regulations are for fences.

As in how far off the property line the fence has to be.
