Exclamation Can a Child Support Judgment Be Vacated or Disputed After the Child is Emancipated

My question involves child support in the State of: Ohio

A Judgement order was established in 1999 for back support and medical bills. The Non Custodial Parent has been paying towards this judgement and court ordered support for the past 7 years - - but only now wants to dispute the original judement.

I was told that I couldn't ask for an increase in payment - after the case has been closed. If this is the case, why can the NCP now ask that a judgement issued over 10 years ago be overturned?

He can ask for whatever he wanta, but that doesn't mean he'll get it. I don't know why the court would be interested in revisiting an order from 1999.
