Default Other Employees Don't Speak English

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: CO

I work in a small office with 2 other people. The other people are Chinese. They both talk in Chinese all day. They excluded me from their conversations. They both can speak English.
It is a sales job. Its very hard to make sales because many times they try and go around me and take my sales. They make deals between them and leave me out of it. It makes it hard on me because i have to try and make sales with out them.
The boss does give special treatment to tho other person that is Chinese.
I have been told that the special tratment is because the other person is Chinese.

    Is this legal?

so far; yes, but with reservations.

what sort of special treatment are you talking about?
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.

    Here are some items

1)Being able to contact my clients ( I am not allowed to contact their clients)
2)Special business trips to that persons clients
3)Being able to lock their information in a file cabinet ( I have no way to do this)

I do not see anything illegal.
