Default Being Sued for Defaulted Credit Card
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Arizona
My brother was served papers the other day for me on behalf of a defaulted credit card I had a few years back. It looks pretty legit and need some advice.

About what? To contest the suit, follow the instructions served on you with the summons and complaint. If you have any defenses, raise them. You can consider trying to negotiate a payoff of payment plan with the lawyer for the plaintiff.
