Appeal deadline?

How long do I have to decide about whether to appeal in KY? We went to court March 23, but to my knowledge no order has been signed yet. The judge wanted us to work out visitation and support among ourselves if we could if not he would order it. However we aren't going to be able to compromise. Is it 10 days from order?

If the Kentucky Rule of Civil Procedure, 73.02(1)(a), applies, then "The notice of appeal shall be filed within 30 days after the date of notation of service of the judgment or order under Rule 77.04(2).".

These deadlines are critical - you should check with a lawyer in your jurisdiction to make sure you have the correct dates for perfecting a timely appeal.
