    Default Customer Complaint About Overcharge

    My question involves business law in the state of: Customer deputes

    I Purchased A COMPLETE Pc Package last christmas for a customer
    I charged her £500 that was for the Packard Bell,22" Montior, Printer, and replacment ink,paper and bin
    I travelled 30miles on christmas eve to set it up
    the customers was happy with the product
    The Pc was tested and checked
    I have been in contact with the customer since and seem well until yesterday when she said that i conned her with the machine and the Pc shop she took it to says that its only worth at new £350 She also say the machine is a recon unit which unknown to me at the time of purchase as the company i deal with sell recon and new both with 12 months gurantee.
    I have offered to replace the Pc for a new one or offered £100 of her moneyback but no she wont accept only to say that she will try and get me closed down
    I need Advice can anyone help?
