My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: AZ and CA
The company sells cell phones and accesories, they say they ship out of Nevada, but the item arrived from hong kong. The item that arrived is not the one I ordered, but they say it is compatible with my phone. I ordered the item because it had an inline chip, and the one I received does not. It my still be compatible with my phone but I need the one with the chip to put ring tones in my phone. I have discussed the issues with the company, and they insist in me trying to use the item they sent. Now they say that I return the item to an address in La Jolla, California, I will have to pay shipping for the item. So I'll be out of money out of pocket for an item they sent wrong.
I asked them for their business license number and they dont give it to me.
