Reckless Driving at a School in Georgia

My question involves a reckless driving ticket from the State of: Georgia

Reckless driving at a school? georgia?
okay so i was driving in the school and i had to pick up some of my friends from the playground and there is a gravel road that goes into the playground i was driving about 20ish mph into the gravel road and this lady saw me and got pissed and then she said that she was going to call the cops and say i was driving recklessly but she never did (well my teacher let me leave and said he was going to talk to the school resource officer tomorrow) can i be cited for reckless driving without a police witness? and basically the only person that saw was the lady and then she told my 2 teachers everything

it wasnt during school hours, i go to a high school but we had this end of year banquet at an elementary school thats why there was a playground lol the time was probably around 8pm
