    Default Moving Out in Texas

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Texas
I will be 17 in August and i am trying to figure out if i can move out then. I have a good job and will be able to support myself and continue to go to school and graduate next year. I am just having issues with my mom.

If your mother gives you permission to move out, yes.

If your mother doesn't give you permission to move out, no.

    Default Unhappy at Home

Hi my name is ashley, i'm 16, turning 17 in August, and living in Texas. I am very unhappy at home, i believe that my mom has an undiagnoised case of borderline personallity disorder and it starting to really effect me. My dad knows how i feel but he remains to stay with her even though she also emotionally abuses him as well. I have a older sister who is 21 and said i can rent a room from her whenever i find out what my options are for leaving the house. I can support myself and want to finish high school next year then join the military. Can anyone help me and tell me my options.

    Please email me at ash34113411@yahoo.com

Your options are to get parental permission to live with your sister, or to stay where you are. Based on what you have posted, you do not qualify for emancipation.

Ash: What you believe about your means nothing. You are not a healthcare professional, and the court will not want to hear it. Also, supporting yourself means a whole lot more than you think it does.
