    Default FMLA and ADA

    I was just wonder if you could explain to me the changes in the law under FMLA, ADA and HIPPA. I was told that there are changes since Obama is President. Also, our place of work only had 50+ employee for 1 tax quarter last year. So do we fall under the FMLA law? Thanks for the help
