    Default Getting a Separate Trial

    My fiance is in a case involing 16 other ppl, is it possible for him to recieve a seperate being that none the evidence is against him. This is because the ppl involved he does not know and one of the ppl involved was arrested with blood on his shirt.

    wow, this is really telling and very important to all the other 3 or 4 or 5 threads you have started about this same situation. Put it all in one thread and it will make more sense to anybody trying to help.

    If he is charged for a group act of violence. Then the whole group will be tried together. If the court dismisses him from the charges then he will be dismissed.

    But when I put all your postings together. The more and more it seems he is involved with this act of violence.
