Default Officer's Actions Out of Jurisdiction

My question involves police conduct in the State of: LA
My ex girlfriend and I were in an argument and she wanted her key to her place back. She was drunk and I told her to go home and we'll talk about it in the morning when she is sober. Her and her friends who came with her left. Then Her, her friend, and an unknown cop who clearly doesn't live in our Parish of Jefferson arrives an hour later. He then proceeds to tell me I need to do what he says and give her the key back. I inform him he is unidentified and as far as I am concerned he should leave before I remove him because he has his hand on his gun the whole time he is speaking to me. There was no physical harm done to her nor threats just a drunk girlfriend being unruly and disturbing MY neighbors at 3am. Is the police officer within his legal rights to show favoritism and harass me on side his friends? I did call the local police and they had never heard of such an office in their parish....

    Default Re: One Sided Investigation

It sounds like he was being a "tough guy", and something of a jerk.
