    Default Home Fire Claim

State of KY: To bring you up to same page: Had a vacation home fire (arson/vandalism is cause)Sept.08. Had EUO in Jan. 09. The insurance attorney has our ENTIRE lives open to them, financial, criminal etc... We have cooperated the entire time. The attorneys "opinion" to the insurance company is complete and sent to insurance company. I requested a copy of this and was denied. Reasoning:"My opinion is privileged and confidential and for the company's use only. As set forth earlier this week, it will be forwarded to the company in the near future." My question should I not be allowed to have a copy of this? It is our lives they are sifting through. Thanks for any info.

They don't have to share the advice and opinion of their lawyer.
