Possibility of Guardianship Over My Four Younger Siblings

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Canada Alberta


Hi, I'm trying to find information on the possibility that the Child and Family services will deem my mother unfit to continue raising my four younger siblings, I have recently turned 18 and wish to find out all the information I can should this turn into reality. What is the likely hood that an 18 year old in Canada would be granted guardianship of her four younger siblings and if so what exactly would that entail? I mean of course looking after them but would that also mean that I would have to provide a suitable living arrangments for them other then my mothers house? Are there certain legal guidelines I would have to follow? Also is there any goverment help financially I could recieve to help me raise them? They range from ages 14 to 9. Would I have any chance at all getting guardianship? Any help on this would be very much appreciated, thank you.
