My question involves police conduct in the State of: NY
I am being unduly harrassed by the police in the development where i live, What can I do to get proof and fix this problem, i think they have access to a sealed misconduct several years back and are misbehaving as a result, sometimes when i am driving with female friends, a police car swings right in front of me and starts weaving left and right, and they appear in every nook and cranny i am in, not to mention hacking into my email accounts. What can i do to stop this problem, it is severely damaging every aspect of my life...
