False Accusations Have Been Made About Me

My question involves defamation in the state of: False accusations, Three Surrogacy agencies are involved telling other Surrogacy Agencies false accusations about me and this is preventing me from working with agencies I applied with. One Surrogacy agency says, because it's a well known trusted lawyer which operates a Surrogacy Agency she has to trust her in her judgement and she is no longer interested in my profile because of this. And the agency said it sounds to her like I have "psychological issues". They are spreading lies to other Agencies on my behalf and telling my personal business. It has ruined my working relationship with my Surrogacy Facilitator and I am no longer referring potential Surrogates to her now and the two lawyers I was connected to is contacting others telling them not to accept my profile application.

It's very hard to work with any angency now. Do I have a case? can I get a successful lawsuit against these Surrogacy Agencies.

Two of the Surrogacy agencies are operated by a lawyers. They have power to literally distroy my reputation and hinder my Surrogacy process with agencies.

It all started from when I wanted to search in my contacts and start over again in becoming a Surrogate Mother. I found one agency that was very interested in me becoming a Surrogate Mother for their client in January 2009. I contacted them, she was very happy. and she sent me a Surrogacy application and told me she have couples waiting. She told me how much was my compensation if I was experienced or non experienced.

I to explained to her I was not really experienced or inexperienced. I explained I was in between. I told her for her records and proof of my efforts in Surrogacy, I would share my Surrogacy story and experience. I sent over to her medical documents of the fertility medications I was taking and my Surrogacy Terms agreement I had for my Surrogacy. On the application itself it wants to know what other Surrogacy agencies you contacted and worked with, I also told this information.

I shared my Surrogacy Story Trip in video as well. I shared my personal experience. I was hoping to get an in between Surrogacy compensation of the amounts she had mentioned to me. I shared who I was working with and how things turned out. And come to find out my Surrogacy Facilitator contacted me and it was a shock to find out this all was used against me in a horrible way painting a rude and aweful picture of me. The lies persisted as he tells me, I was telling agencies about her Program and she is low key. I explained over and over, this is not true, I meant absolutely no harm to anyone, I told them I contacted one agency from my past contacts. I had no idea this all would come about from me sharing my Surrogacy experience and story for my proof of Surrogacy efforts. I never bashed anyone or put down no one in anyway in my story, I absolutely gave this Surrogacy program praised. What I shared was taken and misrespresrented horribly on my behalf. She said they contacted the Medical Facility and they said take my videos down now and the lawyers are upset with me, that they never gave me permission to record in their facility. I couldn't believe all what I was heraing, She help me take picture and recorded me in the Fertility relaxing room. The workers there saw me and said nothing to me. It was my Surrogacy Story- she knew all this I already shared what i wanted to do. I believe I am innocent and I just wanted to make peace between us respected there wishes and took down my videos. took things out of my website for the referral program that she wanted out. And come to find out it's not over with them, they are continually telling other agencies not to hire me as a Surrogate Mother. The Surrogacy agencies are listening without proof of anything! I kept all support documents for my case.


At this point it really seems as though the Surrogacy world is against me. Do I need a litigation lawyer.

Can anyone give me legal advice, a Free consultation, or refer me to the right lawyer I need for my case.
