Default Getting Somebody Else's ID Renewed With My Picture
state - illinois

So me and my brother look a lot alike. he just turned 21 but wouldnt make me a copy id so i took things into my own hands and went to the DMV and got his ID renewed with my pic on it. my brother went to the dmv to renew his id and he found out. the guy at the dmv faxed some papers to the fraud center i guess and said i could be in trouble for this. what kind of charges and punishment might i be facing?
