Default Job Relocation as Grounds for Terminating Lease

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: New Hampshire.

I am in the first year of a three-year lease on an apartment in southern New Hampshire. I have just been hired by a company which is about 100 miles away from my current location. Is this legitimate cause for terminating the lease without penalty? Many thanks!

No. Job relocation is not a legal reason to break your lease without penalty in NH unless such a clause exists in your lease.
