    Default Bio Father in Prison and Wants to Relinquish His Rights

    My sons father is in prison in Arkansas and I live in Texas. He will consent to relinquish his rights. How do I go about this? Would it be easy to do it myself?

    Are you married? Do you have someone willing to adopt your child? How long is he expected to be in prison?
