Default Getting Sued for Destruction of Property when It Was on My Property

    ok well long story short,
my girlfriend was living with me
well we decided to take some time apart because living together is hard
well during that time she decided to sleep with her moms boyfriend's son who is 27 and she is 18
well she has been playing all these games an not talking to me or answering my calls about our daughter, she wont let me see my daughter or anything.
she has been going on an on hurting me an all this non sense i don't have to get into, the mistake i made was
i put bleach on some of her clothes, the clothes that were left at my house for about 3 weeks sense she has been moved out.
will i be getting sued for the destruction of her property even though it was left at my house?
and if so can i counter sue for the un-nessesery stress, and i have been in a metal hospital for depression because i am bi-polar. is there any way i could counter sue for my conditions and the things that she had been putting me threw?

It might be your home, but it's HER property!

Your 'conditions' were present long before she came along; they don't just occur over a course of a few weeks, they take years to manifest. Present long before she came along. Unfortunately, the 'things' she's put you through are a way of life; as out of the ordinary as they may be.

You have no grounds for a countersuit.

I realize this was not in your question - but if you want to see your daughter you need to get court ordered visitation/custody. It is not that difficult to get unless you are in jail or a registered sex offender etc. If you already do have a court order then you need to let the Court know that your child's mother is not following the ruling.
