    Default What is Correct Arrest Procedure

    my car ws hit in the mrning so in the aftrnoon on my way to get a rntal car i was stpped by the police, asked for registration and askd me to step out of my car.as one ws talking to me the prtner askd if he cn take a look at my bag that was on the floor.i said yes thy found baggies and scale so thy hld me on the side and askd to search the whole car whch i said ok they found an ounce of meth so thy put me on cuffs&asked more questions&put me in thecar withouttelling me my rights&what iwas chargedof.they booked me and the time i was bailed out they read me my rights.dothey have to readmy rights

    Default Miranda Rights

    Your Miranda rights are supposed to be read before the police interrogate you while you are in custody. If they didn't read you your Miranda rights, you may be able to get some of your statements to the police suppressed, and perhaps other evidence discovered as a result of those statements.
