hello,
I am married to an US-citizen since three years. we separated, but neither of us did file for divorce. I live in my homecountry .
Is it possible to live in the USA if my husband does not file all the immigration papers?
thanks in advance

hello,

If you can get a visa to the U.S.A., you can go to the U.S.A.
From what you say you don't have a bona fide marriage or a spouse willing to petition for you, so the marriage angle appears to be a dead end.
Well, we dated when i was in the USA married pretty soon .... and after we married we realized it was a mistake, i felt like in prison and he felt underestimated. Plus, the intercontinental approach to a relationship also did its thing. I mean, he never ONE time even visited me in MY homecountry, always i had to come to the USA...These were big issues to me.
Also, i do not live a lifestyle that is a regular one, i am polyamorous, and although my husband accepted at first, we had huge issues over that. He and me never filed for immigration (i have a B1/B2 visitors visa and get questioned every time i enter for two hours by INS because they want to make sure i leave again ;-)))))......).
We did not hear from each other, then i said i want to come to the USA, please file some papers or let´s divorce, he said he will help me with the papers (we are still friends though) and he did not.
So i assume i will head for divorce now.
