How to Contest an Adoption

My question involves adoption law for the State of: Missouri Randolph County
My ex-inlaws have had guardianship over my daughter since 1997. She is 15 now. I talk to her and see her as much as they will allow. They have filed to adopt her. Her father has already terminated his rights. I dont want the adoption to happen. What can I do? I cant afford to hire an attorney and they know that. Thanks for any help.

Have you been served with thier petition?

If you have, you need to file an answer contesting the TPR and adoption.

You really should hire an attorney though. An attorney can get things done that a pro-se litigant typically cannot do.
