Question Sealing Charges
My question involves criminal law for the state of: florida................. how can i seal my record of offenses, grand thelf and welfare fraud, wasn't convicted of either one, put pleaded guilty............ had p. t. i. for the grand theft charge, which was successefully completed and also the welfare charge. thanks what can i do for sealing?

So you're stating that you weren't convicted of grand theft due to the pretrial intervention, but you were convicted of welfare fraud because you violated PTI on that charge? Or what?
