    Default Possible Credit Card Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

I was really stupid one night, and was talking to a girl on an adultsite. i wasnt really thinking but she told me to sign up for this website, and vote for her as like a best webcam girl. I wasnt really thinking but she gave me a credit card number and stuff for me to sign up with, and i did but as soon as i came to my senses i cancelled the account, called the billing company, and told them to cancel the credit card charge of only 5 dollars which they did. Obviously this was extremely stupid of me, but am i in danger of being sued for credit card fraud?

If she reports that you stole her credit card number to sign up for porn, you can try to convince the police that she told you to do it. They'll either believe you or not.
