When Will a Pi Show Up on Background Check
My question involves a background check in the State of: TX
All, I ran into a bit of bad luck and being stupid at the same time and got a PI and then a DWI a few months later. DWI has already gone through.
My PI I am taking to trial and it has been delayed. Will the record show up as well even though it hasn't gone through it?

Yes, it might. It's according to how thorough of a background check is done. All background checks are not equal.
