Default Mother Changed Father's Name to Her Boyfriend
I am 17 and wanting to get my drivers license. I have found out I have two birth certificates. One that my dad has and one that my mom has. The one my dad has is the one from my birth. The one my mom has is the one she changed a month after my birth. It shows her ex boyfriend (who is not my dad) on my birth certificate as my dad. This is also how she changed my last name and hers to his. My dad is very upset. What should I do?

Your dad needs to investigate how this happened, and how it can be undone. As you were told when you posted, laws are different in each state.
