Getting a Pardon

My question involves criminal law for the state of: alabama
in 1974 i was convicted of sale of a controlled substance and a buglary charge . it has been 35 years with a clean record. is there any chance for pardon and what is the percentage for it?30 percent?

Considering there would be two different charges and that would mean two seperate pardons your chances are very slim. However that doesn't mean it won't happen. Its already on your record so what would it hurt to apply for a pardon? the worst that could happen is you get denied.....
